I have great pleasure in announcing the legendary Phil Norman will be teaching an exclusive seminar for CSP this April.

Every year we bring some of the absolute best people in the world to come along and teach seminars for the CSP group and our friends, and this one is no exception.

Phil, one of only a handful of Full Instructors in the UK under Guro DAN INOSANTO, is simply one of the best in the business and a has a wealth of knowledge few can compete with.

Phil could come along and teach a myriad of arts covering all major ranges, so we’ve had a discussion about what we’d like to focus on during this seminar – the first, I hope, of many to come in the future.

Phil has kindly offered to break the class into two main themes.
1. Stand Up Striking from Phil’s unique and revolutionary GHOST system
2. Stick sparring and fighting techniques – transitioning stick drills into live sparring
