"There are 3 criteria that I always look to deliver when I run sessions at work for groups, which are that groups are - Safe - Having Fun - Learning something If you get all three of these right, you’re onto a winner and delivering a great session. The reason for bringing it up is that your sessions are a great example of finding this balance, which can be hard to find at times. I know when I go to one of your classes, I’m always going to be safe, I’m going to learn something and I’m going to have fun. So keep up the good work and I’ll see you soon!"
